Phil Beckner is nationally known for his work as a high-performance consultant with elite athletes, sports teams, and business organizations to enhance professional performance and increase personal growth. Phil spent over 10 years coaching at the highest levels of college and professional basketball.

He is most recognized for his developmental success both on and off the court with many current NBA players, most notably current All-Star and Top 75 player of all-time Damian Lillard. This type of success has made him one of the most sought after player development coaches in the country.

Most recently, Phil has worked closely with several top sports teams and business organizations, including the Philadelphia 76ers, Baylor Men’s Basketball, United States Military Academy,  Blazer Electric, ZeroFox Inc, and Apex Systems.

He also leads Formula Zero, an elite camp for top college and High School players that teaches character, hard work, and accountability alongside Damian Lillard.


Vaughn Compton brings over 15 years of expertise in player development and is widely recognized for his impactful work as a skill development coach. Throughout his career, he has helped more than 30 players reach the Division I level, including multiple five star prospects.

For the past five years, Vaughn has led his highly regarded Pre-Draft program, guiding college athletes as they prepare for the next step in the draft process. In addition to his work with up-and-coming players, he has trained a number of professional athletes, including Drew Eubanks, DaRon Holmes, David Roddy and more.

Vaughn has also contributed to the Formula Zero Elite Camp, an invite only event designed for the top college and high school players across the country.


Blake Lambert is a player development coach and former division III collegiate basketball player with extensive experience training athletes from the youth to professional levels. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Lambert has coached with AAU programs in both Oregon and Arizona, focusing on developing athletes’ skills while fostering confidence, discipline, and mental resilience. He has also served on the staff at the Formula Zero Elite Camp, an invitation-only program designed for elite high school and collegiate players.

Lambert’s background as both a player, AAU coach and player development coach allows him to bring a well-rounded, holistic approach to player development — emphasizing not only skill enhancement but also mindset and performance growth.
