Pure Sweat Basketball shared a clip from their Pure Sweat Basketball Experience Event of Dave Telep that speaks directly to player development and accountability.

Telep is currently the Director of Player Personnel for the San Antonio Spurs, after previously serving as the team’s Director of Scouting and Scouting Coordinator. Before that, he was ESPN’s Senior National Recruiting Analyst and a sideline reporter for ESPNU, while also founding one of the most widely used scouting services across Division I basketball.
